1. The Service
OTA Console lets you sign, publish, stage, and roll back over-the-air updates to your own applications. You are responsible for the content of the updates you distribute and for complying with the platform policies (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play) applicable to your apps.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or use the Service to distribute malware or unlawful content.

- Keep your signing seed and API keys confidential; you are responsible for activity under them.
- Only push updates you are authorized to distribute and that comply with store policies.
- Provide notice and obtain consent from your end users as required for telemetry you collect.
